Talent Network Terms and Privacy Notice

Applies to: the talent network submission forms on herohr.dimelegacy.com/talent and careers.dimelegacy.com/talent. These are two separate networks with separate purposes, sharing the same terms.

This document is an initial legal framework generated from a technical audit of the DLP platform. It is not a substitute for advice from qualified legal counsel and must be reviewed before publication.

1. What the talent network is

The talent network is a self-submission list, separate from active candidate sourcing for a specific role. Submitting your details does not put you forward for any particular role, and does not create any engagement, employment, or representation relationship with DLP.

• The HeroHR talent network is for individuals interested in future

consideration for talent placement opportunities DLP's clients may have.

• The careers talent network is for individuals interested in future

DLP internal hiring opportunities, and is entirely separate from the HeroHR network above.

2. What we collect

Name, contact details, and the skills or background information you choose to submit through the relevant form.

3. How your data is used

• We may contact you directly, using the details you provided, when a

role we think may be relevant to you becomes available.

• We may export talent network data to our recruitment system provider to

support that outreach and internal organisation.

• You have no portal account and no ongoing access to a workspace; this is

a one-time submission, not an active relationship.

4. How long we keep your data

We retain talent network data for as long as reasonably useful for future matching, and review it periodically. You may ask us to remove your details at any time.

5. Your rights

You may ask us to confirm what data we hold about you, correct it, or delete it, at any time, by contacting us using the details below.

6. Relationship to HeroHR candidate data

If you are later put forward as a candidate for a specific role, rather than remaining in the general talent network, our HeroHR Candidate Privacy Notice applies to that further processing, including the consent, longlist anonymisation, and shortlist provisions it describes.

8. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria, without prejudice to any mandatory right available to you under the law of Ghana or Kenya where you are located in those jurisdictions.
